Broiled Grapefruit with Brown Sugar & Cinnamon

Broiled Grapefruit with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon

Grapefruits (I used 3)
Brown Sugar
Butter or Margarine

Half each Grapefruit
Spread Margarine or Butter on top (optional)
Sprinkle each half with Brown Sugar (approx 1 Tablespoon)
Sprinkle Cinnamon on top of Brown Sugar (approx 1 Teaspoon)

Bake 350 for 4 minutes
Broil for 2 minutes until tops bubble
Let cool for a few minutes

Serve for Breakfast or a snack. You can also top with a cherry, or with plain yogurt!

I really don't like grapefruit (it tastes like asprin to me,) but I want to like it so badly! Every month or so I'll pick up a big delicious-looking grapefruit hoping my tastes have changed since the last endeavor... hasn't happened yet - but maybe with the help of an oven and some sugar my taste buds will change their opinion!
