Grapefruits (I used 3)
Brown Sugar
Cinnamon
Butter or Margarine

Directions:
Half each Grapefruit
Spread Margarine or Butter on top (optional)
Sprinkle each half with Brown Sugar (approx 1 Tablespoon)
Sprinkle Cinnamon on top of Brown Sugar (approx 1 Teaspoon)

Bake 350 for 4 minutes
Broil for 2 minutes until tops bubble
Let cool for a few minutes

Serve for Breakfast or a snack. You can also top with a cherry, or with plain yogurt!

That looks great! [You're daughters look too fun btw :D ]

I really don't like grapefruit (it tastes like asprin to me,) but I want to like it so badly! Every month or so I'll pick up a big delicious-looking grapefruit hoping my tastes have changed since the last endeavor... hasn't happened yet - but maybe with the help of an oven and some sugar my taste buds will change their opinion!

I remember those days of my little "helpers" in the kitchen. (chuckle).

These look fantastic! I love grapefruit anyway. I'm going to try this.
