Summer Blackberry Cobbler (so easy anyone can make this)

Enjoy your weekend with a yummy (and super easy) Blackberry Cobbler!
Blackberries are loaded with antioxidants, vitamin C and folic acid.
I made this yesterday as a very last minute dessert and my kids LOVED it.
Top with vanilla ice cream and you are in business!

2 tbsp. butter
2 c. fresh blackberries
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk

Melt butter. Drizzle over fruit in an 8 x 8 (or other similar sized) baking dish. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk. Pour over fruit. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until browned.
Serve warm and top with ice cream!

How did you know that berry cobblers are my favorite desserts? I'd take them over chocolate every time!
