I feel hope and peace, too. Not just looking into your children's faces, but reading your posts.

It's all about family in this world, on every level, and I find it comforting to know that there are still loving moms and dads out there raising children who know what really matters in life.

Maybe we're all going to be okay after all!

=)

Children tend to give us perspective and make us feel better.

Sue, thank you for your kinds words. And I agree that it's all about family!

SMT--Don't they, though? I think nothing quite gives us perspective like our young. :)

That's the key: the knowledge that we are raising our children to be kind and good fills me with hope, rather than fear. We WILL be okay through our efforts in teaching our children about right and wrong, and about exercising kindness and charity. Your post made me happy today!

Beautiful, Caroline. I feel it too, in spite of what is going on in the world, there is hope! God's promises!

It's so sweet that she wants to be the first one to arrive at school:) I love that! Kisses and hugs, sunshine.

Caroline - I check your blog often for craft ideas, but I love it when I stumble upon one of these posts that puts everything in perspective :) Your kids are adorable!
